For this project, the land has already been acquired and the City of Oakland’s Design Review application submitted and is currently under review. The project team consists of an architect, prefabrication company, engineers, and LEED/Energy Consultants who are currently working on energy modeling and detailed construction plans.

Construction is expected to start next year around April 2021 and looking for a loan amount of $2.25m - $2.5m.
