The JPL Income Fund (“The Income Fund”) is a short-term alternative fixed-income investment fund that seeks to provide attractive risk-adjusted returns to its investors through low leveraged Real Estate debt.
The Income Fund invests in short-term bridge loans that carry a low weighted average loan-to-value ratio, possess high yields and short terms of 1- 3 years. Loans possessing these characteristics have historically provided a secure high-yield return to the investor.
Jcap Private Lending, the Income Fund’s manager, believes the protective equity cushion provided by low Loan-to-Value ratios, the value of the secured property, and the legal characteristics of trust deed and mortgage secured loans in the fund’s portfolio, coupled with the fundamental strategies the manager employs to create a diversified pool of loans, will enable the Income Fund to preserve invested capital while earning an attractive risk-adjusted return on the investment.
Investments in the Income Fund are offered to accredited investors and registered with the SEC pursuant to a Private Placement Memorandum (“PPM”) in accordance with Regulation D, Rule 506(c) under the Securities Act of 1933, as amended. Please consult the PPM for more information on the Income Fund.
