Summary:
Stonecrest is looking for ambitious, hard-working, charismatic mortgage originators. We are a purchase-driven loan officer-centric company focused on providing you with outstanding processing, underwriting, and sales support.

Responsibilities:

  • Collects and analyzes clients’ financial information
  • Compares and evaluates possible financial products, develops solutions, and decides which to recommend to customers to best meet their needs and financial circumstances
  • Build business relationships and referral partnerships that generate leads
  • Loan Officers are held accountable for fraud prevention, ensuring NAF meets high reporting and ethical work standards for all investors

Compensation:
Competitive compensation plan. We believe well-paid originators are happy originators.

Education/Experience:

  • Two years lending experience
  • Required skills include effective communication ability including strong presentation, telephone, and email skills
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Proven relationship management experience
  • Demonstrated strong verbal and written communication skills with demonstrated facilitation experience
  • Strong working knowledge of English language (written and oral)
  • DRE Sales license and NMLS license required
