Loan Closing, Loan Administration & Loan Bookkeeping
Residential Capital Partners is looking for a loan officer that will be responsible for closing new loans, administering the loans and entering bookkeeping entries for the loans. The loan officer will coordinate all the steps of the loan closing, arriving at detailed and accurate financial numbers for borrowers and readying documents.

Loan officers assemble, prepare and verify closing documents during the completion of real estate transactions. Once a loan is approved and an offer is made and accepted, the loan officer coordinates all aspects of the closing process and ensures that all terms of the loan are met. They may prepare loan and property insurance paperwork included in a loan package, keep track of deposits, arrange for property appraisals and coordinate the details of the final closing meeting, during which the closing statement and loan paperwork are signed. After the sale has been finalized, the loan officer also ensures that all documents are properly recorded and delivered.
College Degree with bookkeeping experience, loan administration experience and mortgage office or title office experience. High school diploma or GED with relevant experience is acceptable.
Detail-oriented nature, customer service and communication skills, organization skills, computer skills, math skills.
Helpful experience would include any experience in lending, real estate, office management, bookkeeping, executive assisting or similar fields. We are willing to train the right person. We are looking for someone who has a proven record in executive level support and can handle a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. Must be willing to perform a wide variety of tasks.
Loan officers must be detail-oriented and organized with excellent communication, phone and customer service skills. They must have strong computer skills and proficiency with loan industry software, in addition to a working knowledge of word processing and spreadsheet programs. In addition to having current knowledge of loan closing and documentation procedures, officers must have solid math, bookkeeping and calculation skills.

- Order Loan Documents and applicable reports
- Ensure loan files contain applicable documentation prior to closing
- Generate letters and other communications in a professional manner
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and Quickbooks and CRM Software
