Full-Time, Salaried, Performance-Based Bonus

The Business Analytics Leader will drive efficiency, optimization and profitability via impactful reporting, analysis and modeling. This person will be tasked with thought leadership and execution in the development of analytics across functions to evaluate business performance in aggregate and by function. Performance measures will include operational efficiency metrics (including SLA’s), quality metrics, capacity metrics, and profitability metrics. There will be a heavy focus on operational efficiency metrics and experience harnessing data and creating meaningful measures will be key to success.

Job Responsibilities

  • Partnering with functional leaders to understand needs and develop meaningful performance measures
  • Designing and building impactful reporting
  • Analyzing results to identify opportunities to improve performance
  • Introducing creative ways to evaluate data to unlock impactful insights
  • Developing ad hoc analytics to support key initiatives
  • Leveraging 3rd party solutions as appropriate to harness data
  • Building models to support capacity planning and forecasting
  • Communicating results to cross functional teams and senior leaders


  • BA/BS degree
  • Experience developing analytics in financial services or tangential industry
  • Experience/familiarity with operational efficiency metrics
  • Demonstrated ability to distill data into clear, meaningful insights
  • Demonstrated ability to develop predictive analytics – including capacity and forecasting models
  • Demonstrated expertise in relevant analytical tools – Python, Tableau, SQL, SAS, etc.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop profitability models
  • Excellent communication skills


  • 5+ years analytical experience in financial services
  • 10+ years professional experience
  • Experience leading teams directly and indirectly
  • Experience developing analytics in a startup environment
  • Strong external analytics network
