Daniel has founded and successfully ran several businesses from 1996 to present. Dr. Mckinney is currently the founder & CEO of DMAC Capital Funding, LLC where he manages a boutique real estate investment fund. In our Mortgage and real estate acquisition fund we lend on and acquire income producing real estate assets while our investors benefit from monthly passive income and higher returns. We also source and provide capital placement for commercial real estate. Mckinney is also President and CEO of McKinney Real Estate & Investment Co, where he and his sales team marketed, acquired and sold over 350 million in residential and commercial real estate transactions. Also since 1996 to present, Mckinney founded and is President and CEO of Diversified Home Mortgage, a lending division of Mckinney Real Estate & Investment Co. Daniel and his lending team managed, originated and closed well over 350 million dollars in residential, commercial and constructions mortgage loans. From 2003 to 2007, Mckinney formed Momentum Home Builders LLC where he managed and supervised Residential and commercial construction and sales. Daniel designed, constructed and sold several residential homes, as well as custom homes in Houston and surrounding areas. Dr. McKinney holds a Juris Doctorate degree from Texas Southern University-Thurgood Marshall School of Law, and BS in Business Finance from Huston-Tillotson University.
