Borrower requests quote via website.
Borrower must provide purchase price, ARV, and rehab amounts.
Originator sends LOI within 1 business day. - Loan Approval (7 Days)
Borrower completes and submits loan app online.
Appraisal is ordered and file is sent to underwriting.
Underwriter reviews app to verify ARV and rehab, as well as the quality of the borrower and the deal. - Loan Closing
Loan committee approves and loan docs are sent to escrow within 24 hours.
Once pre-funding conditions are met, loan is funded.
A 24 hour notice from escrow/title is required prior to funding.
