We lend rehab/construction funds on a draw request basis where borrowers pay for work up front, provide us with paid receipts, and pay for an inspection after which Bench will reimburse the approved portion of your budget. Typically, we lend 80% of purchase and 80% of rehab as long as those values combined are less than 70% of the ARV provided by a new appraisal. If 80% of your rehab budget was approved, we will reimburse 80% of your receipts each draw until the maximum is reached.
