Tyler Stone

President and Founder

Tyler Stone’s knowledge and expertise surrounding real estate is invaluable. He has over 15 years experience in the real estate industry. Prior to Capstone, Tyler started Infinity Wealth Real Estate. Infinity Wealth is a leading REO, Foreclosure, and distressed property brokerage in Arizona. Infinity Wealth also helps individual investors locate investment properties to purchase. Tyler has personally closed in excess of $100 million in home sales and his office has closed another $200 million in home sales. Tyler has personally disposed of over 400 distressed properties for clients and Infinity Wealth disposed of another 1,200 distressed properties. Tyler manages Capstone’s borrower network, product portfolio, and the day-to-day operations. His responsibilities include developing and managing the borrower relationships and underwriting all investor loans. Tyler graduated from Washington State University in 1995 with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Communication, and in 1998 he received a Certificate of Communication from the University of Washington Graduate School.

Warren Trangsrud

With over 25 years of experience in all facets of mortgage banking and commercial real estate lending here in Arizona, WarrenTrangsrud is well equipped to tackle the complexities of commercial real estate loan transactions. Past experience includes positions as Wholesale Lending and Retail Production Manager for Arizona headquartered bank, as well as Regional Manager for the mortgage banking division of Mellon Bank. He joined the Capstone Mortgage team in January of 2013. He continues to remain involved in the mortgage trade association as a member and past director of the Arizona Association of Mortgage Lenders. Warren holds a degree in Finance from the University of Minnesota
