Rehab Value Add Loan

For loans over $100K, we only charge interest on the amount drawn. If the loan amount is less than $100K, we charge interest on the entire amount. We don't require our clients to have experience, but we may offer a higher LTV to experienced investors (at least 3 projects in the last 3 years). Draws typically take 7 days because we have to schedule an inspection.
