Stephen Couig


Stephen Couig is CEO of Center Street Lending and Manager of Center Street Lending Management. Center Street has originated over $1.1 billion in loans for over 1,500 borrowers since its founding in January 2010. Prior to founding CSLC and CSLM, Stephen was President of Capital Pacific Holdings’ residential development business with annual revenues of $500MM+. In his 10-year tenure at CPH, Mr. Couig oversaw the acquisition and financing of billions of dollars in residential property. Under his leadership, CPH increased revenues more than 150 percent and profits in excess of 300 percent. CPH was recognized in the industry as a leader in adopting new technologies to improve processes and was voted “One of the 50 Best Companies to Work For” by Professional Builder magazine. Previously to joining CPH, Stephen was Executive Vice President for Scottsdale, AZ – based Troon Golf, a private company majority-owned by Starwood Capital Group and Goldman Sachs. Stephen successfully acquired Troon’s first six courses, transforming the company into an owner/management organization. Before working with Troon Golf, Stephen worked in Morgan Stanley’s Equity Capital Markets Division, where he focused on business development and syndicate management for real estate companies including REITs and hospitality companies. Stephen is a graduate of the MBA program at The Amos Tuck School at Dartmouth College and received a bachelor’s degree from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst. He is a board member of the Southern California Gold Chapter of Young Presidents Organization (YPOG).

Michael Marshall


Michael Marshall is the Chief Financial Officer of Center Street Lending. He is responsible for overseeing finance, accounting and secondary markets here at Center Street Lending and helps our customers by facilitating the ease and prompt distribution of funds so that their projects and their businesses can continue smoothly and uninterrupted. Michael brings 20 years of experience in the mortgage, lending and financial services sectors. Prior to Center Street Lending, he was the Chief Financial Officer at FPH Capital Partners, one of Southern California’s fastest growing private equity firms, and was the Chief Financial & Administrative Officer at First Team Real Estate, a leading luxury brokerage firm. He earned his MBA from USC and is a CPA and licensed real estate broker. Michael serves as a board member and treasurer for United Cerebral Palsy of Orange County which provides therapy and a variety of services for children with disabilities and developmental delays. He also coaches little league baseball teams both for his son and daughter and he loves to watch college football.

Jared Reyes

VP of Sales

Jared is the VP of Sales at Center Street Lending and is responsible for leadership and management for the sales team. Jared earned his BA from American University and has over 18 years of sales experience. He has had enormous successes in the finance and mortgage space. Before joining Center Street Lending, Jared worked at Toll Brothers as a Mortgage Training Manager where his main objective was to create, lead and manage the mortgage training department. He was responsible for all development, communication, and development of staff. Jared also executed leadership and coaching for management and sales teams for over 150 locations and 700+ employees. Jared also has expertise as a performance specialist working for Santander Bank.

Erik has worked at Center Street Lending for a number of years in operation, underwriting and sales. At the start of 2018, Erik transitioned over to be a loan origination manager full time. As a Loan Origination Manager, Erik listens to his clients to understand their story, goals, and what motivates them to be real estate investors. Erik is very strong at problem solving, decision making and communicating with his clients through every step of the lending process to make it as stress free as possible. Danielle Staudinger

Loan Origination Manager

As a Loan Origination Manager at Center Street Lending, Danielle provides excellent service to her clients by assisting them during the transaction process and by striving to be a valuable partner throughout the entire experience. Danielle comes from a family of flippers and has been involved in every step of the fix and flip process, starting with the hunt for the deal, to picking out the tiles, to negotiating the closing. Before joining the team at Center Street Lending, she worked at REDC and Dreamland Homes & Investments in real estate production. Danielle has also dedicated time to volunteering with Big Brothers & Big Sisters of America. She enjoys engaging with her customers and asking about their projects. Danielle helps her customers through the lending process as they work toward their investment goals. Danielle’s personal experiences allow her to relate with customers and build strong, lasting relationships.

Robert Newcomer

As a Loan Origination Manager, Robert supports his clients with throughout the lending process, shares his industry knowledge, and provides quality service. With over 20 years of experience, Robert is a highly creative, solutions driven individual who is always willing to go above and beyond his client’s expectations. Prior to joining the Sales Team at Center Street Lending, Robert worked at Banc of California as a Mortgage Advisor before working at Caliber Home Loans as their Residential Lending Specialist. While there, Robert was responsible for overseeing the entire mortgage process from the application through closing. Robert also worked at Nationstar Mortgage where he was responsible for assisting customers through the lending process. Robert is a licensed real estate agent in the state of California and dedicates himself to volunteering with Big Brothers and Big Sisters of America in his spare time.

Hannah Wollmershauser

Hannah has been in the real estate investment world for over five years. As a Loan Origination Manager she shares her industry knowledge to help investors find the right financing solutions to see their visions come to life. Before joining the Center Street Lending team, Hannah invested in residential real estate and managed a portfolio of rental properties. Originating from her own personal experience in Real Estate investing she is devoted to making sure that her client’s are taken care of from beginning to end to ensure a successful and efficient loan process. Hannah’s goal is to build a lasting partnership with her clients based upon trust and open communication.
