CGF, Inc. is a fast and flexible private money lending firm for real estate investors in the state of Oregon. As a small local lender, we can offer personal service and always visit the subject property to meet our clients. We never require appraisals for residential properties, and we don’t charge any junk fees – only the interest and the origination fees (points).
We offer high leverage to help investors increase their profits. For rehab fix & flip or fix & rent loans, we typically fund 100% of the purchase and 100% of the rehab costs.
We also like horizontal land development and ground-up construction for residential and small multifamily properties. We’ve done land development deals as high as 90% loan-to-cost.
Please note: We do NOT offer loans for owner-occupied homes. Private lending is only for investment purposes.
