• No Income or Employment Verification Required
• Loans underwritten based on Real Estate Investment Track Record and borrower liquidity/net worth
• No limit to the number of properties that can be financed
• Lending directly to an LLC, S Corporation, Individual, or other eligible entity
• Flexibility for borrowers of all levels of experience
• Fix and Flip Lines of Credit also available
• Eligible property types include 1–4 Family, Condos, Mixed-Use, and Multi-Family

Long-Term Rental for Single Asset

• Eligible property types include 1–4 Family, Condos, Mixed-Use, and Multi-Family
• Vacation rental properties considered
• We lend based on property cash-flow
• Commercial lending, underwritten based on Debt Service Coverage Ratio (DSCR), not personal Debt-to-Income (DTI) ratios
• No limit to the number of properties that can be financed to same borrower
• Lending directly to an individual or to an eligible entity
• Minimal documentation requirements
• Fully Amortized with terms up to 30 years
• NO portfolios (blanket loans)
