Jasen Miller and Jason Hirko founded Corridor Funding in 2016 after noticing an absence of debt liquidity available in the short-term value add space of real estate investing. Jasen and Jason take pride in their partnerships with investors to help bring their goals to fruition.

Jason Hirko
Managing Partner
Jason Hirko is a Managing Partner and Co-Founder of Corridor Funding. Jason uses his first-hand experience to guide new investors through all steps of their investment projects. Jason grew up in Portland, Oregon and moved to Texas to manage several oilfield service companies, while also bidding on and purchasing HUD properties. He grew his portfolio of 30 SFRand/or MF properties from HUD auctions after two years. From unclogging tenants’ toilets in the middle of the night to million-dollar renovations, Jason has seen it all when it comes to flipping and is always trying to help his clients learn from his mistakes! Today Jason manages third party and in house diligence and processing and is also actively involved in the company’s marketing and sales efforts.

Jasen Miller
Managing Partner
As a Managing Partner and Co-Founder of Corridor Funding, Jasen Miller is involved in the day-to-day operations and managing institutional relationships where Corridor Funding portfolios are sold. Prior to founding Corridor Funding, Jasen entered real estate investment as a marketing manager for a major residential lot developer out of Dallas, Texas. In 2003, Jasen began partnering to develop, market and sell residential lots in golf course communities outside of Dallas, Houston, Fort Worth, Louisville, and Mazatlan, Mexico. As residential lot demand began to decline in 2010 Jasen started and managed an oil field services company and met his current business partner Jason Hirko. Outside of work, Jasen spends his time with his family in Mazatlan; snow skiing, water skiing, spear-fishing and riding his son’s Ripstick.

Grayson Wester
VP of Marketing & Sales
Grayson is a native Texan and earned his bachelor’s degree in business administration from Texas State University. He’s been investing in real estate since 2015 and understands firsthand the exciting possibilities that this business holds. In five years, he has rehabbed and wholesaled over 120 properties. Since joining Corridor Funding in 2018, he has developed a strong client base of experienced investors who are looking to take their businesses to the next level. By leveraging his personal experience and extensive network, Grayson is able to help his clients grow their businesses with both the short and long term in mind. When he’s not in the thick of a real estate deal, Grayson enjoys spending time with his family and friends, traveling, hunting and exercising.
