- Ineligible Property (we do NOT consider): Land, Ground Up, Non-Profits, Cannabis-related, Gas Stations, Special Use, RV Parks
- Lien Position: 1st Trust Deeds Only
- Purposes: Purchase, R/T Refinance, Cash Out Refinance, Rehab
