As of February 2024, our maximum rate is 7.95%. Our loan term ranges from 6 to 48 months, and we like the longer term loans. We won’t set your term at 12 months and then charge you extension fees. Instead, we’ll offer a longer term option from the start. We don’t charge any other fees in addition to the origination points. We will even do escrow for free if there’s no more than 1 loan to pay off. Borrower just pays recording and title fees.
