As of November 2022, our maximum rate is 7.75% for 1st position loans. Our loan term ranges from 6 to 48 months, and we like the longer term loans. We won’t set your term at 12 months and then charge you extension fees. We don’t charge any other fees in addition to the origination points. We will even do escrow for free if there’s no more than 1 loan to pay off. Borrower just pays recording and title fees.
