Additional Details

You will pay a $1500 deposit upfront that gets the ball rolling on your loan. Additional fees (underwriting & inspection) are paid out of closing, and usually average about $875. No hidden fees or unnecessary charges. We follow a standard practice for every loan, and returning customer see lower fees for their recurring transactions.
