Dave Robertson is the founder and creator of the Flipper Force software. He started flipping houses back in 2010. He gradually started to build-out tools to help him organize his flips & streamline the house flipping processes. The first tool he built was as a simple spreadsheet with a repair cost estimator & a deal analyzer. After a few years of development, he had built one of the craziest, most elaborate spreadsheets you’ve ever seen. In 2013, Dave decided to share his beloved spreadsheet with world called House Flipping Spreadsheet.
The House Flipping Spreadsheet was a smash hit with thousands of investors throughout the country and 6 continents around the globe. In 2017, he made the decision to reinvest his successes into a new web-based solution. The goal with FlipperForce is to provide a comprehensive, all-in-one web-based solution for house flippers, rehabbers & investors to analyze deals, manage rehab projects & track their house flipping business.
For the better part of the last 2 years, my development team and I have been planning and developing the Flipper Force platform. In 2019 & early 2020, we have launched over 15 Powerful New Features to continue our relentless pursuit of building the house flipping software you deserve.
