At Fulford Lending, we strive to offer a transparent and competitive lending process for our clients. As part of our lending process, we charge an underwriting fee of $750 - $2000, which is designed to cover our costs for evaluating the borrower's financial documents, site visit, underwriting the loan application, and other factors that determine their eligibility for the loan. We do not charge any upfront fees.
Documents Fee
A Document Fee will be charged and paid out of the loan proceeds at closing. The amount varies depending on the loan amount, number of properties involved, turn around time and the closing jurisdiction. We will give you a written estimate as part of the approval process.
