Residential Fix & Flip
We offer fix and flip loans for single-unit, multi-unit, and mixed-use residential projects, up to a maximum 70% of the renovated value. We will fund rehab projects of any scope or size, provided you have the experience to complete the project. Purchases, refinances, and cash out deals are eligible. Highlights include:

Residential New Construction
Are you an experienced builder who can build more – but lack the funding to do so? We lend on permit-ready single- and multi-property residential construction projects. Highlights include:

- Loan-to-cost up to 80% LTC
- Loan terms up to 18 months
- Little or no money down if lot already owned

Our Team:
At LYNK Capital, we have decades of experience in this business, with members of our team having either owned or held senior positions in numerous mortgage companies, banks, title companies, and other real estate businesses. We’ve also been property investors ourselves, and understand the importance of receiving fast, knowledgeable service from a lender.
Immediately prior to founding LYNK Capital, our management team operated the mortgage lending division of a mid-sized bank that consistently closed over $1.0b of loans per year. This experience has given us a firm understanding of the needs of our borrowers and investors – and has also shown us how the increasing regulatory burdens placed on banks prevents them from meeting these needs.
