Our loan-to-ARV generally ranges from 50% to 75%, depending on the deal specifics and borrower profile. Repeat borrowers with a strong payment history may qualify for improved leverage over time. For an ideal first-time borrower, our maximum leverage is typically up to 70% of ARV.
