Sean Kelly-Rand is Managing Partner of RD Advisors, and responsible for sourcing and analyzing investment opportunities, structuring transactions, as well as managing the Firm’s institutional relationships. Mr. Kelly-Rand started his career at Lehman Brothers, where he was responsible for the underwriting and syndication of over $3 billion worth of real estate debt and bridge equity positions. He subsequently opened and operated the London office for Madison International Realty. Mr. Kelly-Rand later served as Vice President at Bell Capital Partners, a debt structuring advisory firm; a Senior VP at Monday Capital Partners; and Director at Real Estate Capital Partners before founding RD Advisors. Mr. Kelly-Rand holds an MBA in Real Estate and Finance from Columbia Business School and an MA and BA in Economics from Boston University.

Mikhail Gurevich

Managing Partner

Mikhail Gurevich is Managing Partner of RD Advisors, and responsible for sourcing investment opportunities and managing both operations and investor relations for the Firm. He also serves as Managing Partner of Dominion Capital, an exempt reporting adviser he founded as a single family office in June 2011. Prior to launching Dominion Capital, Mr. Gurevich served as President and CTO of ZepInvest, Inc., a company he founded in June 2007. In May 2005, Mr. Gurevich founded ClickFacts, Inc., a security and analytics company focused on providing large scale online advertising solutions, where he served as Chief Information Officer until July 2007. Mr. Gurevich holds an MBA and a BS in Electrical Engineering from Boston University.

Previously, Mr. Valat De Córdova worked as Executive Director at Natixis North America; as the Chief Compliance Officer of registered investment advisers; as Fixed Income Counsel at Wellington Management; and as an attorney at Bank of America, Weil, Gotshal & Manges, and Afridi & Angell. Mr. Valat De Córdova holds a JD from Harvard Law School and a BA in Mathematics from U.C. Berkeley.

Ritu Khanna is a Vice President at RD Advisors and responsible for investor relations and marketing. Prior to joining RD Advisors, Ritu worked in investor relations, marketing, and operations roles at several asset managers, including a real estate private equity firm, a middle market lender, and a credit- focused hedge fund. She began her career at Goldman, Sachs & Co. within their prime brokerage group. Ms. Khanna holds an MBA from Columbia Business School and a BA from Barnard College.
