Founder & President

Solomon Gorlick is the Founder and President of Red Tower Capital, Inc. Since 2003, he has been involved in the real estate industry, with a particular focus on private lending and residential property investment and rehabilitation. Previously, he spent several years in the technology industry serving in software development and management roles for various private technology companies based in the San Francisco Bay Area. During this time, he had the opportunity to lead technology teams in the US and India as well as manage product integration for Fortune 2000 clients in the United Kingdom. He is also an active member of the California Mortgage Association. Mr. Gorlick received a B.A. degree from the University of California, Berkeley and is a licensed California Real Estate Broker.

Brian McMahon

Director of Business Development

Mr. McMahon has extensive experience in acquisition, evaluating, consulting, and analysis of cannabis related companies and properties. Mr. McMahon has put to work his 20 plus years of real estate experience, to propel him as an industry leader in the CBX and cannabis space. Mr. McMahon understands how to add significant value to CBX and cannabis companies and properties, and has closed numerous cannabis real estate equity and debt transactions. Mr. McMahon also has 20 plus years of experience in many facets of residential and commercial real estate, including lending, raising debt and equity, acquisitions, disposition, underwriting, asset management, and providing various advisory services. In his banking career, he originated and underwrote loans for numerous banks, including Wells Fargo and the Private Client Group at HSBC. Prior to his career in institutional banking, from 2002-2007 he ran one of the largest retail loan origination companies in the SF Bay Area, Diablo Funding Group, which grew into one of the largest lending platforms in the United States, funding in excess of $5BB a year in retail business. Mr. McMahon was Managing Partner and top producer for the organization.
