Direct lender – SBC is a direct lender, not a broker. Unlike many hard money lenders that are truly brokers; SBC will never show your transaction to another lender, and is fully capitalized to quote and close all transactions that it quotes.
Experienced professionals – Small balance loans can be just as complex as larger transactions. Our origination staff has, on average, over 25 years lending, investing, or asset managing real estate transactions. When you get a quote from SBC; you can be assured that the transaction is vetted by experience staff that live and work in the Southeast markets.
Originate & service our own loans – Another important fact is that SBC originates and services its own loans. You will work with staff members to close your transaction and, just as importantly, we keep all of our loans and will be available to you for all your servicing and post-closing needs.
