  • Credit:  700+ FICO with no major credit issues
  • Injection: Business acquisitions 10% to 25%; 100% Financing on purchase of real estate
  • Collateral:  Must meet SBA guidelines; LTV of 100%+ available
  • Personal Net Worth:  No set requirements but typically greater than 30% of loan request
  • Liquidity:  Greater than 6+ months of payments
  • Outside Income:  No requirement but considered in global cash flow analysis.
