George received his BS in Financial Services and Economics and MSBA in Finance from San Diego State University.

Oliver Austria
Co-Founder & Co-CEO
Oliver is responsible for leading the overall strategy for Triumph. Since 2001, he has held key management roles within the mortgage origination, residential redevelopment, and private lending spaces. As a private lender, he has overseen more than $500M in Fix & Flip & Bridge loan originations. Having spent many years as a real estate investor in both the lender and borrower capacity, Oliver has a unique perspective that is critical in growing the firm’s platform while maintaining exceptional risk management. Oliver graduated with a degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance and Economics from Boston University.
