Application fee.This is collected, after terms are agreed upon by Lender and Borrower, per the application and preliminary term sheet. Once terms are agreed, the application fee is collected, title is ordered, and WLW team will schedule and perform an onsite inspection with 24-48 hours to underwrite and produce a final term sheet.
Inspection Fee
Home evaluation fee paid at closing. $300 for a single family residence evaluation fee. This is in replacement of an appraisal fee. If multiple properties collateralized, evaluation fee may increase.
