  • Property Types: 1-4 units Residential (non-owner occupied), Multifamily, Mixed Used, Commercial
  • LTV (loan-to-value):  Up to 75%
  • LTC (loan-to-cost): Up to 80%
  • Interest Rates: 8% to 12% for senior debt (1st lien)
  • Origination Fee: 0.5 to 4 points
  • Loan Term: 6 to 24 months
  • Lien Position: 1st, 2nd, Mezzanine, Preferred Equity
  • 24 Hour Approvals and Quick Closings
  • Minimum Credit Score: 620

Michael is the VP of Investor Relations and Business Development at the Atlantis Organization. Since taking over this position in 2012, Michael has created alliances with some of New York’s largest developers and investors. Michael’s clients alone have closed or developed over $300 million in projects in the last year. Prior to Atlantis, Michael managed over 4,000 commercial and industrial properties for the Metropolitan Transportation Authority. Further, Michael negotiated the acquisition and disposition of properties requisite to expanding and improving the transportation network for the MTA. Michael will use his knowledge & experience in the Sales/Marketing phase to procure investors and sponsors for the expansion of the site and company user base. In addition, Michael is spearheading the development of the Sharestates social media platform.

Allen Shayanfekr, CEO
Allen Shayanfekr, Esq. is the CEO and Founder of Sharestates. Allen is currently admitted to practice law in NY and CT. His legal expertise in securities law is paramount to Sharestates’ ability to promote and produce public and private offerings in a highly regulated space. Allen interacts regularly with the Securities and Exchange Commission, in addition to spearheading daily operations at Sharestates. Prior to launching Sharestates, Allen joined Atlantis National Services as their National Title Producer and Account Executive, holding approximately 28 Producer’s licenses across the Country. Allen’s other credentials include acting as an editor of the Municipal Lawyer (a quarterly journal published by the New York State Bar association). Allen received his J.D. Magna Cum Laude from Touro Law Center where he graduated in the top 6% of his class and his B.A. in Political Science from New York University.
