The estate is located northwest of Park City Ski Resort between the Park City Golf Course and the Park Meadows Country Club. The retail property is located in the historic Main Street area of Park City. Sponsor required the cash out to continue investing and developing additional real estate in the Park City area. The exit strategy is to repay the loan with the proceeds from the sale of the SFR property. 60% LTV, 8.95% Interest Only, 18-month term.
