DSCR 30-year rental loans for residential investment properties, including short-term vacation rental. We fund up to 80% of the purchase price, or 80% LTV for a refinance.

EasyBuild
Vertical ground-up construction financing for residential investment properties, including multi-home developments. We fund up to 82.50% of the total costs. No horizontal or land development.
