JVC HOUSE PROGRAM

Joint Venture Capital, LLC’s House program offers 3 year fixed or 30 year fixed, 30 year full amortized financing for Purchases, Cash-out refinance and Rate-term refinance.  Minimum FICO score of 650 is required to apply for the JVC House Program.  Maximum loan to value for US citizens is 75% on refinances and up to 80% loan to value on purchases (with a seller held 5%),  maximum loan to value for foreign investors is 65%  for purchase and refinance.

JVC FIX AND FLIP PROGRAM


Joint Venture Capital, LLC’s Streamlined Fix and Flip program offers a short term solution for acquiring and raising property values.  This program is designed for investors looking to fix and flip or acquire properties for renovation/improvements based on the after repair value.

+ up to 80% maximum of the purchase price &  renovation costs, not to exceed 75% of the after repair value.  Prior real estate investing experience is preferred, less experience will increase the rates typically. This program has interest rates starting at 7.49%. $100K to $4M. 12 Month term. 600 minimum FICO score.
