Our rehab fix & flip or fix & rent loans are structured differently than most other private lending companies. We'll fund up to 100% of the purchase price, but the investor/borrower must provide all the funds for the rehab. The rehab funds are placed in a controlled non-interest bearing escrow. 20% of the funds are released immediately after funding, and the rest of the funds are released after inspections for each phase of the project.
