Short-Term Bridge Loans in the East Coast

Our lending program is a bit more flexible for properties in the East Coast states where we have more experience:

  • New York Metro Area, DMV Region, Carolinas, Florida
  • No formal appraisals – We do in-house valuations and may drive to the property
  • SFR, Multifamily, Commercial Properties (see list below)
  • Legal fee of $795 and points are the only fees we typically charge for short-term loans
  • Bridge loans up to 70% LTV
  • Fix & flip or rent-to-rent loans up to 90% LTC and 70% ARV
    • 4 free draws for rehab projects
