Hello. This project is already under contract and ready to close in June 2020. I already have $3000 in escrow as a deposit and signed agreements with South Jersey Title Agency. I have a local contractor on standby ready to fix the unit in 30 days and I have a local property manager to secure tenants for each of the 3 units. The monthly rent roll = $2200.
