We are a boutique lender serving the real estate investor community. We lend up to 90% of the purchase price, 100% of the construction, up to 75% of the finished value. Rates start at 8.75% for a six month term. Longer loan terms are available up to eighteen months.

Although this fund was only created in 2013, the manager also manages De Witte Mortgage Investors Fund, founded in 2004. Each manager has over 25 years experience in private money lending.
