We look for business owners, real estate investors and high value real estate owners looking for capital based on ownership equity. We will offer both 1st and 2nd positions. Additionally we will consider business owners with viable inventory including but not limited to tangible goods, accounts receivable or other asset.
Typical turn around is LOI within 24 hours and funding within 5 to 10 business days.
We provide alternative funding secured behind real estate (commercial and residential) with amounts up to 50 million. We offer a fast turn around with m any loans closing within 5 business days. Loans typically require less paperwork and credit is not an issue.
Terms extend out to 36 months with extensions and longer terms available on a case by case basis.
