I have been a Financier for Commercial Real Estate, Investment Property and Business acquisitions for over 15 years. It is my desire to expand in this activity to explore the overwhelming advantageous potential of the present market. As real estate Financing, I consulted the operational aspects of commercial and residential properties assisting in maintaining the premises and increasing the value for 5 different properties over 15 years. In Baltimore I worked with HUD properties helping residents to become first-time homeowners. I managed properties that were lease options.
As a real estate investor, I have owned multi-unit and single-family residents in Baltimore through LLCs. The portfolio was sold in 2005.
While I have worked in the Merchant Service industry I have learned about financial processing and its many conduits. This caused me to be assertive to become an independent advocate in the financial industry. I have an interest in finance; moreover, emerging industries that have a low cyclical impact.
