Marquee Funding Group is a private money / hard money lending firm, established in 1994, that specializes in the private placement of all types of real estate loans both in the consumer and commercial markets. We can fund loans that many other private lenders will not do, including 2nd lien position loans, ground-up construction, and owner-occupied residential. We are one of the few private lending companies in California that can fund hard money loans for owner-occupied (primary residence) homes. We also fund a lot of residential rehab projects and commercial property loans in 1st, 2nd or 3rd lien position.
