NVMS CLIENT SERVICE TEAM:

NVMS assigns a client point of contact (CPOC) dedicated to each particular client. Headed by an Account Executive, this staff will be available by phone Monday through Friday, from 8:00am to 7:00pm Eastern Time. This model is currently utilized by our larger clients and they have found it to be extremely beneficial.

CLIENT REPORTING

NVMS provides a useful tool for our clients called “My Property Manager”. This tool allows a client to view every work order for a property on one screen. One can view notes, images and even set certain work orders to recur at custom intervals and dates. We also provide many custom reports that summarize order metrics and report fields are indexed for custom queries that can be sent to the client on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis. Additionally, NVMS will provide “alert” fields on reports that can be setup to notify the client if a certain data field is checked or contains specific data. This is very helpful with safety hazards and violations as well as emergency situations such as leaks and unsecured properties.
Our clients can determine the frequency of activity and performance reports. NVMS can provide extensive statistical, daily, and custom reports. The NVMS Inspection System is designed in a manner that will allow NVMS to report and track the data that is most important to our clients so it can be easily accessed by web, email, RSS feed, web service or mobile phone at any time. Our clients have the option of retrieving standard reports/charts online at any time.
