Security National lends nationwide with the exception of AK, ND, SD. Majority of our loans are in the western US. We offer short term bridge loans from 1-3 years with rates starting in the 6% range. Since we are direct lenders we can fund within 14 days after full packet is received.
We currently lend on Office, Industrial, Retail, Multifamily and Flex. Other product types are on a case by case basis. We can give you a good answer on whether we would make a loan with the basic information.
