Jeff Levin
President
JEFFREY N. LEVIN is the Founder and President of Specialty Lending Group and Pinewood Financial, which together provide a full suite of boutique private real estate lending services in the Greater Washington Area. Prior to launching SLG, between 1993 and 2007, Jeff was a Co-Founder and CEO of iWantaLowRate.com and a Co-founder and President of Monument Mortgage. Jeff is a recognized authority on real estate investing and, as such, is a frequent author, lecturer and panelist. He earned a B.A. from The American University in Washington D.C. and lives on Capitol Hill with his wife Dunniela, a Canadian trade lawyer, and his two sons, Jack and Charlie.

Tabitha Fitzgerald
Chief Operating Officer
Tabitha Fitzgerald has been with SLG since its inception in 2007. Prior to that, she was Vice President of iWantaLowRate.com, where she oversaw loan production and compliance. In her role, Ms. Fitzgerald’s responsibilities also included managing relationships with key personnel and the company’s strategic lending partners. Ms. Fitzgerald oversaw the company’s credit standards and policies. While in that position Ms. Fitzgerald helped grow the company from $10,000,000 in annual loan originations to over $300,000,000. Prior to joining iWantaLowRate.com, Ms. Fitzgerald was Executive Vice President at Monument Mortgage where she was responsible for managing the underwriting, funding, and quality control groups. Ms. Fitzgerald has 20+ years of management, finance, operations, and real estate finance experience.

Cynthia Harley
Client Relations Manager
Ms. Cynthia Harley is currently the manager of client relations for SLG. In this role, Mrs. Harley acts a liaison with clients and works with them to ensure that the loan application, including all required documents, is in order prior to submission to senior management. Mrs. Harley is also responsible for ensuring that SLG remains in constant contact with all borrowers. Prior to joining SLG, Mrs. Harley was a loan processor at iWantaLowRate.com, where she was responsible for client management and loan processing. While at iWantaLowRate.com, Mrs. Harley helped manage the processing team and assisted in increasing annual loan production from approximately $10 million in 2003 to over $300 million of annual loan volume. Prior to iwantalowrate.com, Mrs. Harley was a Senior Loan Processor for FTB Mortgage and has held positions at various real estate lenders, including Wells Fargo, JB Financial, and Atlantic Coast Mortgage

Latisha McQueen
Portfolio Manager
Ms. Latisha McQueen joined the SLG/Pinewood team from a local law firm, where she served as their Title Department Manager. Prior to her time at the law firm, Ms. McQueen spent 15 years working as a loan officer/processor, including starting and running her own mortgage service company. Ms. McQueen monitors all portfolios, communicating with each client at least once every two weeks. She handles all draw requests and schedules property inspections.

Todd E. Reeber
Chief Financial Officer
CPAMr. Todd Reeber began his career in 1996 as an auditor with Price Waterhouse before joining the private sector as a Controller for a commercial real estate firm in 2000. In the last sixteen years, Mr. Reeber has worked for several large regional real estate companies in the management and development of both commercial and residential assets totaling over 100 million square feet and a billion dollars in value. Todd graduated from the University of Florida with both a Bachelor’s degree (with honors) and a Master’s Degree in Accounting and has been a Florida Certified Public Accountant since 1996.

David Coutoumanos
Associate
David Coutoumanos joined SLG as Associate in 2016. Prior to joining, David served as Client Services Coordinator for CB Richard Ellis (CBRE). While working for the world’s largest commercial real estate firm, David was nominated for the Greater Washington, DC Rising Star award. David also served as a guest lecturer on the hotel industry financial feasibility process for George Washington University’s Masters of Tourism Administration (MTA) program. Prior to that, David served as the Association of Science-Technology Centers (ASTC) Sales and Marketing Coordinator, where his ambition led him to turn a 10% advertising sales budget deficit to a 28% surplus in his first three months of employment, and by his first year, sustain a 50% increase in long term sale contracts. David loves running and hiking and lives on Capitol Hill with his lively, Australian Shepherd puppy, Peaches.
