Tideway Capital Group (TCG) offers a variety of loan programs to property investors. TCG will finance land acquisitions, ground-up construction, rehab/renos and bridge loans. We primarily focus on multifamily mortgages, but we also lend on office, retail and industrial properties. The majority of our balance sheet holds senior position loans, however, we can provide mezzanine financing solutions as well.
Since we are a balance sheet lender, we are not bound by multiple layers of approval. We can, therefore, approve loan applications in a timely manner and close in as soon as a week.
