In addition, through our affiliates, we have completed nine rated securitizations. We have over 200 correspondent lender relationships, to whom we offer a growing number of programs.

Bridge Loan Correspondent Program

Our Bridge Loan programs enable qualified borrowers to obtain short-term financing.

Residential Transitional (Rehab) Loan Program

Residential Transitional loans provide financing to borrowers interested in purchasing homes in need of repair.

  • Purchase and Rehab up to 85% of costs

  • SFD, condos and 2-4 Units: OK
  • 5+ units by exception
  • Loan amounts up to $4mm

Investor Solutions Loan Program for Long-Term Rentals

Our flexible Investor Solution Loan Program can be underwritten to property income (debt service coverage ratio).

  • Unlimited number of financed properties
