Archway structured the deal with a quick close in order to execute on the Purchase Agreement. Subject property is located about 6 miles out from Downtown Denver and only 18 miles to Downtown Boulder. Purchase included a $2M Seller-Carry Back bringing the CLTV to 100%. Borrower chose Archway Fund due to their requirement for a lender with a non-bureaucratic approval process, quick closing and no appraisal required. The interest rate was 7.95% fixed, and the term is 24 months.
